Who am I?
As mentioned before I am Benny Page, I am an up and coming photographer in Southwest Virginia. I have traveled a large portion of the United States and will be adding some of the photographs from my travels. Keep an eye out as my portfolio continues to grow!!
From grass-roots
beginnings.
As with most photographers, I have always enjoyed taking pictures to capture those precious moments in life. I have decided to take that to the next level and help others capture those moments in time, to cherish forever. Mostly self-taught, with an amazing mentor to help me along the way, my love for photography has grown over the last year.
As a father to four children, three daughters and one son, I know how precious and fleeting each and every moment is. Moments we will never be able to get back, but hope to retain in memory. I understand the importance of documenting every moment we can.
Creating powerful images of you and your family.
In an audio book I listened to recently, Marc Silber breaks down photography and its meanings. Photography comes from two Greek words: Phos - Meaning Light and Graphe - Meaning Drawing or Writing. Combined Photography means Drawing with Light.
Just as each drawing, painting and other masterpiece contains its own personal touch from the author. The photographs we take together will be a wonderful collaboration of photographer and model to create something you will cherish for years to come.
